COLUMBUS: The raid and arrests are the result of an investigation into trafficking of heroin in the city of Dayton, according to Dayton Sgt. John Sullivan.
Sullivan said the apartment that was searched is the residence of the suspect, who was taken into custody without incident, along with a female resident for allegedly permitting drug abuse.
Heroin, cocaine and an estimated $11,000 was seized in the raid, Sullivan said.
The investigation began after police received a tip that the suspect was selling heroin in Dayton.
Sullivan said the tip was confirmed through undercover operations and the raid is the result of that investigation.
