HK Customs foils sea-bound smuggling case of motorcycles, accused fined $2m, 7year jail

Hong Kong:  Hong Kong Customs detected a suspected sea-bound smuggling case of motorcycles at the Kwai Chung Customhouse Cargo Examination Compound in December 2014.
