KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has disposed of a petition filed by Kolachi Food and others against a raid on restaurant premises by officials of the Inland Revenue (IR), as the petitioner did not wish to proceed further.
A division bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhter and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi, heard the petition of Kolachi Food owners Murtaza Raza Ladhubhai and Hussnain Raza Ladhubhai.

The raiders took away laptops, computers, box files etc. The counsel argued that each and every transaction of the Karachi Food’s business was duly recorded in the cash register and its complete record was available.
