KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee on Wednesday remained stable against US dollar, however, it shed value in open market as stock markets also crashed after Taliban attack on Peshawar Army Public School, killing 142 people including 132 children.
As per local currency market, the greenback remained unchanged on 100.2 in interbank and gained 10 paisas in open market to stand at 101.1. On Tuesday, rupee gained 25 paisas in interbank to reach 100.2 and 45 paisas in open market to stand at 101.
