TOKYO: Rockstar Games will release Grand Theft Auto 5 for PS4 and Xbox One next week, therefore the company has released a new launch trailer that will get the gaming world excited.
GTA 5 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC has seen a wide-range of upgrades over last year’s version – like an improved resolution and more stable frame-rate. However, the changes don’t stop there. According to a post by VG247, Rockstar Games is putting the PS4’s Dual Shock 4 to good use by taking advantage of the controller’s speaker, light bar, and touch-pad.
Phone calls and other radio talk will broadcast via the controller’s speakers. Moreover, the light bar will flash red and blue whenever you are ‘Wanted’ in the game. The touch-pad can be used to swap weapons on the fly by swiping up/down; meanwhile swiping left/right can change radio stations.
Earlier this month Rockstar disclosed that the game will run at a native resolution of 1080p at 30fps on Xbox One and PS4 – the PC version will support 4K resolution once it sees release in early 2015. Other improvements include a new first-person mode, enhanced graphics, greater draw distance, and increased wildlife and traffic.
