LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Quid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, criticising the government over prolonged power loadshedding, has said that not a single megawatt of the electricity has been added to the national grid despite the tall claims of the government.
Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that masses were in dire need of gas and electricity as such hours-long interruptions were making their life miserable.
The PML-Q leader claimed that it was the first time in the history of the country that women were protesting on the roads after facing lot of difficulties due to unavailability of the natural gas. Besides gas, hours-long power cuts were also badly effecting the employments of masses due to the closure of factories and other businesses.
