WARSAW: Poland is the most business-friendly country in the CEE region, a survey among ex-pat managers in the region conducted by Target Executive Research showed.
Poland has an active business environment, firms are focused on clients’ needs and corruption is less of a problem than in other CEE countries, surveyed managers said.
At the same time, ex-pats note that Polish managers are excessively individualistic, lack the skill of co-operation in decision-making and are overly focused on current affairs at the expense of strategic planning, the survey showed.
