KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee on Friday remained firm against the US dollar in interbank and gained value in open market.
As per the local money market, the dollar gained 25 paisas to close at Rs123.75 for buying and shed Re1 to reach Rs124.50 for selling in cash ready market. The dollar remained unchanged in interbank and closed at Rs124.10 for buying and Rs124.30 for selling.
On Thursday, the dollar gained 30 paisas for buying at Rs123.50 and 50 paisas for selling at Rs125.50 in open market, while the dollar remained unchanged in interbank and closed at Rs124.10 for buying and Rs124.30 for selling.
