KARACHI: The Pakistani rupee on Wednesday depreciated against the US currency in open market and remained firm in interbank.
As per the local money market, the dollar gained Re1 in open market for buying at Rs124.50 and for selling at Rs125.50, while the dollar remained unchanged in interbank and closed at Rs124.10 for buying and Rs124.30 for selling.
On Tuesday, the dollar lost 25 paisas to close at Rs123.50 for buying and Rs124.50 for selling in cash ready market. The dollar remained unchanged in interbank and closed at Rs124.10 for buying and Rs124.30 for selling.
