MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs issued office order for the employees to properly hand over the charge to relevant staff at the time of transfer.
According to details, Multan Customs observed that on transfer from one office to another, the officials of the Collectorate do not make proper handing over the charge which creates a lot of problems and a few employees take additional time for assuming their charge and transferred employees leave the charge without handing over to anyone. The Collectorate has taken serious notice of the said situation.
Deputy Collector (Headquarter) Saqib-ur-Rehman directed all officials of the Collectorate to ensure proper handing over the charge on their transfer. Those officials who fail to take their charge and found involved in any negligence then the Collectorate will take disciplinary action under the relevant provisions of laws against the employee.
