KARACHI: Despite opened in positive mood, the Karachi Stock Exchange entered bearish note and shed 83.25 points or 0.26% per cent to drop to 31804.05 points.
The KSE benchmark 100-index witnessed maximum trading level of 31914.22 points and minimum level of 31710.15 points with the total volume of 94,472,680 shares, having value of Rs5,429,699,109.
The three top traded companies remained TRG Pak Ltd with a volume of 26,527,000 and price per share of 17.60, Hum Network XD with a volume 10,420,000 and price per share of 14.67, Jah. Sidd Company with a volume 8,045,000 and price per share of 21.45.
Earlier, benchmark 100-index Thursday opened the day with positive note and gained 11 points to reach 31898.38 points, with the total volume of 23,185,240 shares.
On Wednesday, the KSE gained 286.57 points or 0.91percent to reach 31887.30 points and volume of 199,747,830 shares.
