ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has decided to establish National Valuation Database.
Sources told Customs Today that the FBR has decided to review the Customs Act 1969 and to revise the customs duty value perfectly of imported goods for which the FBR is going to establish National Valuation Database.
The National Valuation Database will review the Customs Act 1969 and will remove some hurdles in it and will also improve it with the current scenario while to give perfect value to imported goods.
Sources also said the Risk Management Units established in Customs department will be improved and will be made more effective.
