MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) revised revenue collection target of Customs Collectorate Enforcement & Compliance for the on-going month of April 2020.
According to the details, Customs Collectorate Multan has adjusted the revenue collection task for the month of April due to ongoing corona Virus. The Federal Board of Revenue Secretary (Customs Budget) has asked Multan Customs through letter C.No.1(4)90-CB. Vol-II to submit estimated revenue collection task for the month of April.
Customs Collectorate Enforcement & Compliance (E& C) was assigned Rs100.9 million revenue collection tasks under the heads of customs duty, sales tax and withholding taxes.
Deputy Collector Headquarter Amjad Aman has submitted projected revenue task to Federal Board of Revenue for the month of April after adjustment. Multan Customs was assigned almost Rs.50 million Customs duty, sales taxes of Rs46 million and withholding taxes of Rs4.9 million for the month of April 2020.
The Enforcement & Compliance (E & C) Multan projected customs duty revenue collection task of Rs5 million, sales tax Rs3 million and withholding tax of Rs 2 million for the month of April 2020.
