KARACHI: Chief of Directorate of Reforms and Automation (R&A) Robina Athar has been assigned the charge of director general of Directorate of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and director of Directorate General of Transit Trade Ibrahim Vighio has been given the additional charge of director, IPR.
In this regard, Athar held meetings with the members of the IPR committee of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and members of the Overseas Investment Chambers of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) during her three-day visit to Karachi and discussed the working boundaries with all stakeholders.
Sources informed Customs Today that the DG IPR would also hold a series of meetings with other stakeholders, including the American Business Council, the Pakistan Software Houses Association and the Pakistan Publishers and Book Sellers Association.
