FAISALABAD: The Customs intelligence and investigation has seized Indian origin cloth worth Rs 10.22 milion.
According to details, in the pursuance of credible information received to the additional director of customs intelligence and investigation Faisalabad Mr. Ismail that a huge quantity of smuggled Indian cloth is being transport from Karachi to Faisalabad. Customs Intelligence and Investigation constituted raiding team and held a check point near Sheikhupura Road Gatwala toll plaza. Meanwhile raiding team stopped truck no T.L.Q 588 where they found and seized smuggled Indian 8,877 KG cloth worth Rs 10.22m. while arrested a suspect identified as Irfan Mashera.
