NEW YORK: Facebook disclosed a new interactive education center called Privacy Basics. The center will essentially educate Facebook users about how to make adjustments to their privacy settings; with a blue dinosaur to be used as an animated guide.
According to the details shared by Facebook, the Privacy Basics interactive education center will use the dinosaur, along with some other animated characters, to help Facebook users work through the privacy settings, so that they can adjust what information contained in their profiles can be viewed by their friends and advertisers.
Users of the Privacy Basics will be able to test out Facebook features on interactive slides; thereby getting the opportunity to play around with the social network’s settings, without actually making any adjustments to their personal accounts on the social networking site.
