LAHORE: Customs Collectorate, Directorate Generals of Inland Revenue/ Customs, LTUs have been asked to maintain lists of civil servants who have completed requisite length of service.
As per details, in terms of Rule 6 of the subject rules, each RTOs / LTUs Customs Collectorates/ Directorate Generals of Inland Revenue/ Customs shall maintain a list of civil servants who have completed requisite length of service in terms of Section13(1)(i) of the Civil Servants Act, 1973.
The Competent Authority i.e. prime minister has also directed that all ministries / divisions/ departments cadre administrator shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of subject rules.2.
In compliance with the directions of the Competent Authority and under the provisions of the rules, all RTOs LTUs/ Customs Collectorates/ Directorate Generals of Inland Revenue/ Customs are requested to fill the enclosed proforma in respect of official in BS-16 and below whose cases qualify for consideration under the Civil Servants (Directory Retirement from Service) Rules,2020.
Necessary supporting documentary evidence may also be furnished along with these lists to the Board (Second Secretary (Mgt-IR-III) & Second Secretary(Mgt-IR-IV) in case of Inland Revenue and Secretary (Mgt-Customs-II) in case of Customs) by 13th August to enable the Board to convene the meeting of the Retirement Committee.
