India vehicle sales up

NEW DELHI: India’s passenger vehicle sales climbed 6.3 percent last month, as new compact sports utility vehicles (SUVs) from automakers, including Maruti Suzuki India Ltd and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, drew buyers to showrooms.
