Vehicle registrations rise 20 pct y-o-y in October

ATHENS: The number of new and used vehicles put into circulation for the first time rose last month to 9,479, showing a 20-percent rise from October 2015’s figure of 7,897, the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) reported on Tuesday. Massive recall announced

TOKYO: Japanese automaker Mazda yesterday said it is recalling more than 2 million vehicles globally over a defect in their tailgates. The recall covers about 400,000 vehicles sold in Japan and 1.8 million units exported overseas, according to a Mazda spokeswoman.
