Italian customs seizes Cocaine worth 34m at Calabrian port

ROME: Italian police and customs officials said they uncovered the cocaine after cross-checking shipping documents. The Italian police in June arrested 34 Calabrian mafia suspects, who allegedly trafficked cocaine from Colombia. Italy industry output gains 1.1% on the month, biggest rise in year

ROME: Italian seasonally adjusted industrial output rose 1.1 per cent in July, data showed on Friday, a sign the euro zone’s third-biggest economy is set to continue its recovery in the third quarter.
