Our nation along with Pak Army ready to defend country:

KARACHI: SM Muneer, Chief Executive of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) has strongly condemned the Indian ministers’ remarks against Pakistan.
According to a statement issued here SM Muneer said that the Indian leaders had under-estimated Pakistani nation. “Our nation along with Pakistani Armed Forces is united and ever ready to defend the country,” he added.
He said that Pakistan was playing its role in war against terrorism for past several years. “Due to this war the national loss has reached billions of dollars,” he said and added that besides the war had claimed thousands of human lives.
Muneer said that instead of appreciating, the neighboring country has always targeted Pakistan. “Indian leaders should remember that Pakistani armed forces can defend the motherland at any cost,” he added.
TDAP CEO said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif despite odd relations with India had initiated friendship with his Indian counterpart. “But in fact Indian politicians are violating the charter of United Nations,” he added.
SM Muneer said that the operation ‘Zarb-e-Azab’ was continued against terrorists and Pak Army had completed 80 per cent of its task in this regard. However, the external forces are interfering in Pakistan’s affairs and projecting our country as terror state before the world, he added.
He said that Pakistan had not given shelter to any terrorist adding that the role of Pakistan in war against terrorism should be appreciated, he remarked.
He said that the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his cabinet had adopted economic revival policy as counter measure to terrorism. This will result Pakistan to make as strong economic country in the region, he hoped.
Rashid Siddiqui, President, KATI has said that hostilities of Indian leaders had been exposed. “The Indian leaders admitting interference in separating Bangladesh and now they are threatening Pakistan to make situation as Myanmar,” he said.
“We are not like Myanmar, as our armed forces have capabilities to defend the national cause at all level and extent,” he vowed.
He said that the Indian leaders should avoid day dreaming and should realize the power of Pakistani nation.
