NEW YORK: A new BMW 1-series sedan is likely to be launched in the US in 2017, based on a front-wheel-drive architecture shared with Mini.
BMW’s previous 1 series, which was rear-wheel drive, was available in the US only as a two-door coupe and convertible. The sedan pictured in this spy photo looks big enough to compete with Audi’s new A3 sedan.
