MULTAN: Customs Collectorate of Appraisement Faisalabad Assistant Collector Beenish Rasheed distributed workload among the employees of Dry Port with immediate effect.
The Collectorate of Customs Appraisement has distributed workload among 16 employees including appraiser, inspectors, upper division clerk, lower division clerk and sepoys in order to get better results.
Assistant Collector Multan Dry Port Beenish Rasheed has assigned responsibilities of import /export examination, revenue statements and WeBOC to Appraiser Hanif Abid. Appraiser Muhammad Ishaq has been assigned charge of law branch, AMC, WeBOC along with import/export examination and DRRA. Appraiser Imran Ali Qureshi will perform responsibilities in export examination and DRRA.
Inspector Muhammad Munawar Rathore will perform his responsibilities in Import appraisement, bonds, customs branch and AMC. Inspector Umar Din has been assigned task in DTRE along with export appraisement, AMC and auction.
Inspector Muhammad Rafiq Shah has been given responsibilities of Bank Gurantee, Licensing and Recovery. Inspector Maqsood Ahmad has been given charge of export examination Sadiqabad Export Examination. Inspector Rana Altaf Kareem will perform duties in recovery, Export Oriented Unit (EOU) and AMC. Inspector Abdul Rauf has been given tasks of PAPCO and GPO Appraisement.
Upper Division Clerk Shamser Ahmed has been assigned responsibilities of Appraisement, Bonds, Law, DRRA and one Customs. Upper Division Clerk will deal with Bank Gurantee, recovery, VAC and import samples. Lower Division Clerk Nasir Ahmad has been assigned Diary, Dispatch branch, export section and export samples.
Sepoy Amir Raza ,Muhammad Amin and Shafqat Mahmood have been assigned responsibilities in Licensing, Customs branch, WeBOC, AMC and Office of the Assistant Collector Dry Port.
Effective workload distribution of work will enhance the performance of Collectorate of Appraisement and it will also enable the Collectorate to achieve optimal performance levels.
