ISLAMABAD: Dr Manzoor Ahmed, a BS-21 officer of Inland Revenue Service, is going to retire from the government service on attaining the age of superannuation.
The officer, presently posted as Accountant Member, Appellate Tribunal-IR, Karachi, will stand retired with effect from January 6.
Dr Manzoor had relinquished the charge of the post of Chief Commissioner-IR, Regional Tax Office, Sukkur, on October 20, 2015. He had assumed the charge of the post of Chief Commissioner-IR (BS-20), Regional Tax Office, Sukkur on July 14, 2014.
He had taken the charge as Commissioner, Appeals-II, Karachi on May 10, 2013 after relinquishing the charge of the post of Commissioner Inland Revenue (WHT), Regional Tax Office-III, Karachi, on the same date.
