KARACHI: After six months of tireless work of NAB’s Deputy Director Salahuddin and excellent cooperation with the victims, the matter of this housing scheme is now about to reach its logical conclusion. NAB has begun 100% refund process and now NAB is receiving refund applications to the investors.
Over 6000 allotees of Fazia Housing Society scam hailed services of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Deputy Director Salahuddin Mughal who worked tirelessly for refund of their looted money.
Talking with Customs Today, one allotee Atif said that he is grateful to Salahuddin Mughal for his hard work of day and night and dedication which led to recovery of their hard earned money. He said that people like Salahuddin Mughal are ray of hope for victims of cheaters. Services rendered by Salahuddin Mughal for providing relief to afectees will be remembered.
One senior citizen who was on wheel chair said that when she reached National Accountability Bureau officials themselves approached her with their laptops and complete biometric process of verification. She appreciated the services being provided by NAB to victims.
The fraud case of the Fazaia housing project is now nearing its logical conclusion, Fazaia Housing Project was launched in 2015 by Maxim Group of Marketing.
Including a large number of Overseas Pakistanis more than 6,000 citizens had invested Rs 13 billion in the housing project, but it all turned out to be a hoax, but now it has came to an end. The victims of the Fazaia Housing Scheme were protested several times and demanded 100% refund. After which the matter reached NAB and the Court.
According to the NAB authorities, the payment will be made to the victims on the first come first served basis. NAB has also published advertisements in newspapers regarding refunds.
The token can be obtained by submitting the refund application along with the following documents to the NAB address “Investigation Wing-2, Old Balochistan House, Near Ziauddin Hospital, Clifton Block 2”.
