FAISALABAD: The investigation and prosecution wing of the Regional Tax Office (RTO) has registered a case against Firdous Cloths Mill for tax fraud of Rs 240 million.
The directors of the mill including Muhammad Saleem, Muhammad Kashif, Muhamamd Umar Saleem and Muhammad Owais Salem have been booked for the fraud. The investigation and prosecution wing Incharge, Muhammad Afzal, on the tip-off probed the matter and found the mill guilty of the tax fraud.
They have set up a franchise store in which they are deceiving the tax department by showing low prices, which is contradictory to the fact and the way to deceive department.
